Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Framiz purchase.

Refund Eligibility Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

1. Contact us at 0341-9325332 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number and reason for refund along with photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our address in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
• Requests made after 14 days of delivery

Refund Method Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.
